MATV System Design and Support

MATV distribution systems for buildings, hotels, compounds and accommodation projects with clean cabling and stable TV signal planning.

MATV System Design and Support
Real service scope

MATV system work AJMI delivers

AJMI plans terrestrial or approved shared television reception, amplification, coaxial distribution and outlet levels for buildings and facilities using a central antenna system.

Balanced RF performance across the complete building route

Aerial input, amplifiers, splitters, taps, cable loss and outlet quantities are included in the level budget. Representative and end-of-line outlets are measured and recorded.

Work modules

Service capability modules with field execution

Each module below represents a practical work area Ajmi can handle during planning, installation, commissioning or support.

Signal and source survey

Signal and source survey

Ajmi checks satellite source, dish position, /headend condition, existing cabling and signal quality.

Headend and rack design

Headend and rack design

, modulators, encoders, and rack equipment are planned according to the project.

Distribution cabling layout

Delivery method

How AJMI delivers a MATV distribution network

01

Aerial, Dish & Riser Survey

Terrestrial or satellite sources, reception conditions, headend, coax risers, amplifiers, taps and outlet condition are inspected.

02

RF Distribution Design

Frequencies, antenna or dish equipment, headend, gain, losses, riser topology and target outlet levels are calculated.

03

MATV Installation

Aerial or dish equipment, headend, amplifiers, coax routes, splitters, taps and outlets are installed or corrected.

04

Outlet Signal Acceptance

Signal level, MER, BER, channel availability and picture quality are measured at representative and end outlets.

Remote Headend Check

Only monitored receivers or headend devices can be reviewed remotely where management access exists.

On-site MATV Testing

Reception, alignment, coax, connectors, amplifiers, taps and outlet levels require physical RF testing.

MATV AMC

AMC can include alignment, signal balancing, connector and amplifier inspection, channel checks and fault visits.
