Data Deletion

1. How to submit a deletion request

No website account or login is required. Send an email to ajmi@ajmisa.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include:

1. Your full name.
2. The mobile/WhatsApp number and email used with AJMI.
3. The channel used: website form, AJMI AI, WhatsApp/Meta, email or another service.
4. A brief description of the information you want deleted.
5. If available, the conversation or proposal reference.

You may also start the request by WhatsApp or phone at +966 55 301 1362, but AJMI may ask you to confirm through the registered email or mobile number.

2. Identity verification

To prevent another person from deleting your information, AJMI may verify control of the email address or mobile number connected to the enquiry. We will request only the minimum verification information reasonably necessary. Do not send national ID, passwords or payment-card information unless AJMI explains a lawful and secure requirement.

3. What we will delete

After verification and subject to lawful exceptions, AJMI will delete or irreversibly anonymise personal contact details, website AI conversation records, enquiry content, uploaded files and integration identifiers within AJMI-controlled systems that are covered by the request. We will also stop consent-based processing connected with that data.

4. WhatsApp, Meta and external platforms

Removing a Facebook or business integration stops future access but may not delete information previously shared with the integration. Use this page to request deletion from AJMI-controlled records. Information retained independently by WhatsApp, Meta or another provider must also be managed through that provider's privacy and account controls.

5. Information we may retain

AJMI may retain limited information where required for invoices, tax, contracts, warranties, security incidents, legal claims, regulatory obligations or proof that a deletion request was completed. Where possible, retained information will be restricted, separated from normal use or anonymised. We will explain a lawful retention reason if it affects your request.

6. Response and completion

AJMI will acknowledge a valid request as soon as reasonably possible, verify it, and normally complete deletion within 30 calendar days. Complex requests or legally required retention may take longer; in that case we will provide an update. When completed, confirmation will be sent to the verified contact channel.

7. Withdraw consent or request correction instead

You may ask AJMI to stop consent-based processing without deleting every lawful record, or request access or correction instead. State the preferred action in your email. For broader information about your rights, read the Privacy Policy.
